Join us for a 6 week boot camp where we'll be using lots of body weight movements, dumbells and kettlebells along with cardio to get in a great workout. This class is for everyone, regardless of your ability or past exercise experience.
Our boot camp is a great way to ease into a healthy workout program with all the great benefits of CrossFit but in a low key, fun environment with no barbells or those crazy gymastic moves. Think of it as CrossFit-light.
We'll be meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30am. Join in anytime for 6 weeks. It's a fun class with a great group and our awesome coaches!
